The British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA) will be holding seminars in the Autumn on the NEC3 Subcontract, supported by the Contract Team at Sum.
The two seminars form a mini series, with the second one building on knowledge gained in the first, so for many people, attendance at both would be useful. However, the seminars can be booked individually for those whose focus is solely on pre-contract duties or post-contract duties.
Seminar (1): NEC3 Subcontract – Managing the Risks: Estimating and Tendering
Seminar (2): NEC3 Subcontract – Managing the Risks: Contract and Commercial Management
Both seminars will take place at the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull and will be presented by Tom Flannery, Director of the Contract & Disputes Team at Sum.
Whilst this is a specific opportunity for BCSA Members only, we offer similar and bespoke learning modules for Estates Teams, Main Contractors and Specialist Subcontractors on a range of subject matter including Contract, Dispute Avoidance, Measurement and the latest developments in Construction Law.
